Returning home. Late spring afternoon. After work and under the sun, the street seems to be longer and my body heavier. I feel the sweat on my shirt and face. The light hits my eyes and I can hardly see the street. Fortunately, instinct is a basic force and my feet move autonomously in the right direction. A few more steps and I will reach my target… my couch!!
