Fallas 2012. Street portraits (1).
The main characters in this festivity are the “falleros” and “falleras”. They belong to different quarters of the city and they dress typical clothes. In they case of women, clothes and hairstyle can be very elaborated and heavy. After a week of festivities, you can find a lot of expressions in the faces of the people. Pride, happiness, fatigue, abstraction… Many feelings and thoughts are drawn in their faces. These shots were taken in the streets of Valencia and Burriana (E Spain).
